You will be shown either in Shanghai or the UK and will cover all aspects of operating the machinery and how to use the carving software. If you are buying a 3D camera you will also be shown how to use the camera software. Machine operating training, and camera software training should only take a maximum of 5 days, but can be a few days less, depending on how computer literate you are.

A 1/2/4/8/16 head "mass production" machine requires training on a much in depth level and will take approximately 7 days, whilst training on a diode pumped machine will be just a day, or 2 days if buying a 3D camera at the same time, as the diode pumped machines require no adjusting so the operating training is much quicker.

If you opt for training in Northampton, UK we will set a date that is convenient for you, after your machine arrives at Northampton.

Full payment is required at the time of ordering, and must be transferred to China in US$. Please be aware that exchange rates constantly change.
